“Kindness is a special art and your office really played the part. I struggled to cancel my appointment that day because my migraine hurt so bad, but I felt God nudge me to go to my 3 appointments that morning and finally yours at 1:45pm. Every one from the front office to the nurses, and Doctor were very kind to me. The way I was treated made me feel special and like you all really cared. After the tooth was out and I woke up. I was ushered out by a very nice little gal and she gave me flowers. I not only made it through the experience (which I dreaded) but felt blessed when I left. Thank you for all the nice ways you were kind to me on tooth pulling day!”

“I just read the beautiful card your staff presented to my friend. Your “random act of kindness” was for the perfect person! She is a grandmother raising her granddaughter on a limited income. She is very involved with Jacksonville Elementary by committing many hours and much effort to school programs and activities. I couldn’t think of a better-deserved person to receive your blessing. I am writing this to encourage you and your staff to continue in your pursuit to spread “acts of kindness”… She must be one of many you have “randomly” selected, but I don’t believe it was random and nor a coincidence. You can be sure that she will be faithful to continue to passing on an “act of kindness”. I know…I have received it plenty of times…”

All of your young ladies, from technical assistant to front desk and all in between were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We thank all of you. “I wish to thank you again for treating (name) on such short notice. We called your office around 9am and (name) received an afternoon appointment for her extraction. She had taken a whole day off for me to provide her root canal treatment only to find out that the tooth was catastrophically fractured. I know it must be a pain in the neck sometimes when referrers ask for an “instant” appointment for their patients. Please know that you are VASTLY appreciated for delivering us from our treatment dilemmas. My endodontic practice is structured such that I am not in a position to be a Class A referrer. All the more reason I am very grateful for your Platinum Grade service. I hope someday I can return the favor. ” from a local endodontist”, May 4, 2010

May I also say how much I was impressed with your efficient staff. Those I had contact with were most pleasant, professional and showed excellent training.
